1.1. The shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery location. The following shipping costs apply for orders within Germany and the EU:
- Germany: Flat shipping fee: €1.95
- EU countries: Flat shipping fee: €1.95
- Non-EU countries: Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred are to be borne by the buyer.
- Delivery Time
2.1. The delivery times are generally:
- Germany: 3-5 working days
- EU countries: 5-7 working days
- Non-EU countries: 7-10 working days
2.2. Please note that international orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control.
- Delivery Area
3.1. We deliver our products worldwide. However, delivery to certain countries may be excluded due to legal restrictions. In such cases, we will inform you immediately after your order.
- Shipping Service Providers
4.1. Delivery is carried out in cooperation with reliable shipping service providers such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD. The choice of shipping service provider depends on your location and the goods ordered.
- Transport Damages
5.1. If the delivered goods exhibit obvious transport damage, we ask you to report such damage immediately to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible at info@jewelsify.de. The failure to report damage or to make contact will not affect your statutory rights, particularly your warranty rights. However, you will assist us in asserting our own claims against the shipping service provider.
